The Arabic pastry Kunafa (termed as Kunafeh, knafe or knafeh!, Arabic كنافة) is a traditional recipe and is the most favoured dessert in the middle east. It is often called "The Queen of Arabic dessert".  Popularly consumed during the Muslim Ramadan period, it is enjoyed  throughout the year mostly in the Arabs.
